For those mornings where it’s too hard to choose between savory and sweet. Switch things up with your waffle toppings and try adding avocado, arugula and a sunny-side-up egg!
Ingredients
Protein Waffles Original, Avocado, Egg, Arugula,INSTRUCTIONS
Toast Van’s waffles per packaging instructions.
While toasting your waffles, fry one egg sunny side up.
Add several avocado slices and some fresh arugula.
Top things off with the egg and a sprinkle of ground pepper.
