Summer Berry Rosewater Maple Syrup

3 ounces blueberries, 3 ounces raspberries, 1 teaspoon rosewater, 6 ounces maple syrup,


Over medium heat, bring raspberries, blueberries and maple syrup to a boil then simmer until berries begin to breakdown and "pop" and mixture thickens. Remove from heat, stir in rosewater and serve warm over pancakes, waffles or yogurt.
