2 Van’s Multigrain Waffles, 2 tablespoons canned black beans, rinsed and patted dry, 2 tablespoons of your favorite salsa, 1 tablespoon chopped tomatoes (cut into cubes about ¼ inch by ¼ inch), 10 small avocado cubes (about ½ inch by ½ inch), 1 tablespoon shredded low-fat cheddar cheese,


Toast your waffles to desired crispness.

Top waffles with remaining ingredients in the order they are listed, splitting the ingredients equally between the two waffles.
