Yogurt Granola Parfait

For lots of us, the changing season from summer to fall can mean busier schedules and hectic days. All too often a nutritious breakfast can get lost in the shuffle. Which is crazy, of course, because this is the time we most need to fuel up in order to get the energy we require to tackle it all. Enter our new favorite on-the-go breakfast, granola and yogurt parfaits.
This industrious little meal will keep you going all morning long and it can be prepared the night before so all you have to do is grab and go - no more excuses for skipping breakfast! Simply layer your favorite fresh fruits with plain Greek yogurt and our gluten-free granola and you’ll have a delicious and filling breakfast filled with whole grains and protein.
Some of our favorite combinations include our blueberry walnut granola with fresh peaches and our cranberry almond granola mixed with raspberries and blueberries, but the sky’s the limit! These parfaits make a lovely little gift too. Just make them in a vintage mason jar and attach one of the handy labels we’ve made for you. What friend, co-worker, or teacher wouldn’t love such a thoughtful present? Or really go all out, have a get together and set out a yogurt granola parfait bar for your guests. However you enjoy your parfait, just be sure to remember that breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day!
