Tomato and Feta Dip

? cup olive oil, 1 clove garlic, minced, zest of one lemon, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon basil, chopped, 3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced, 4 green onions, sliced thinly, 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled, Multigrain Crackers,


In a small bowl, combine garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, salt, pepper, and basil. Gently fold in tomatoes, green onion, and feta. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with more basil if desired. Serve with Van’s Gluten-Free Multigrain Crackers.
